QUALITY & MANUFACTURING

Engineered for the equipment.
Made for the journey.

Transport case development starts with a clear specification. Our tooling and rotational molding capabilities connect the design of the shell with the way the finished case will be handled, fitted and delivered.

REAL WORKSHOP / TOOLING & MACHINING

01 / DEFINE THE CASE

The specification
comes first.

The case should fit both the equipment and the job. Before discussing production, we review the dimensions, use conditions and configuration that shape your project.

FIT

Equipment & usable space

Equipment dimensions, accessories, lid clearance and interior layout.

HANDLING

Movement & storage

Loaded handling, lifting points, wheels, stacking and storage requirements.

SCOPE

Quantity & configuration

Material, color, hardware, branding, quantity and intended delivery destination.

02 / DESIGN & TOOLING

The mould shapes
the result.

Jiangsu Youge Mould designs and manufactures rotational moulds. CNC machining centers, milling machines, EDM, wire cutting and large gantry milling equipment support the tooling work.

For a transport case project, shell dimensions, lid geometry, molded features and hardware interfaces are reviewed together. Tooling requirements are confirmed against the proposed design.

Maximum mould diameter
3.5 m
Maximum mould length
6 m
Maximum mould weight
1.5 tonnes

Factory machining limits. Suitability depends on mould geometry and the individual project.

03 / ROTATIONAL MOLDING

From tooling
to the case shell.

Automatic rotational molding equipment supports the production of molded products. Material selection, shell geometry and target wall thickness are part of the specification agreed for each case.

Production planning connects the tooling design with practical requirements for the finished shell, its lid and the selected hardware.

04 / INTERIOR & HARDWARE

Make the case work
for what goes inside.

Interior and handling options are discussed as part of the configuration. Availability and fit are confirmed before an order proceeds.

01

Foam & equipment fit

Discuss a foam layout based on confirmed equipment dimensions, with dedicated space for accessories.

02

Trays & organization

Review dividers, compartments, trays and restraint requirements for tools, instruments or rescue kits.

03

Closures & mobility

Specify latches, hinges, handles and wheel options around the loaded case and handling method.

04

Color & identification

Confirm color, logo and identification requirements alongside the final configuration.

05 / QUALITY & DELIVERY

Agree the details.
Check against the specification.

Quality requirements belong in the project specification. The checks and any performance testing needed for your case are confirmed with you before production.

CHECKPOINTWHAT TO DEFINE FOR YOUR PROJECT

Dimensions & fit

External dimensions, usable internal space, lid clearance and equipment fit.

Shell & appearance

Target wall thickness, finish, color and agreed visual acceptance criteria.

Assembly & function

Lid alignment, closure operation, hardware mounting and interior configuration.

Performance requirements

Any specified load, impact or ingress testing, including conditions and required evidence.

Packaging & shipment

Quantity, configuration identification, packing method, destination and delivery arrangements.

Performance ratings are product-specific. Please request the applicable test information for your selected case; no universal IP, drop or load rating is claimed here.

FROM REQUIREMENT TO DELIVERY

A clear path to production.

  1. 01

    Share your brief

Send equipment dimensions, use conditions and quantity.

  2. 02

    Review the proposal

Confirm configuration, tooling needs, price and delivery plan.

  3. 03

    Agree approval steps

Define sample requirements and acceptance criteria where needed.

  4. 04

    Produce & deliver

Proceed with the agreed production scope and shipping arrangements.

PACKING & LOGISTICS

Plan the shipment.
Confirm the delivery.

Packing, transport and production timing are reviewed together. The arrangement is confirmed for your product, quantity and destination.

01 / EXPORT PACKING

Packing suited to the shipment

Wooden-crate packing is an option for moulds and shipments that require it. For transport cases, the packing method is confirmed against the configuration, quantity and route.

02 / TRANSPORT OPTIONS

Sea freight & courier options

Discuss sea freight for larger shipments and courier options for suitable samples or smaller consignments. Availability, carrier, freight cost and transit estimate are confirmed for your destination.

03 / PRODUCTION TIMING

Approval before production

Custom tooling schedules are planned around drawing approval and sample confirmation. Case production timing is agreed separately according to configuration and quantity; production lead time and shipping transit time are distinct.

Samples before a production run

Sample arrangements can be discussed before mass production. Confirm the sample specification, availability, cost and freight with our team as part of your quotation.
